General Information

A Certificate of Compliance is required by the Division of Code Enforcement to ensure all occupied mixed used and/or multiple occupancy properties are safe, healthy and up to code. After applying, an inspection will be scheduled to inspect the multiple dwelling or mixed occupancy building. A certificate will be issued once the building is clear of all violations. The application and inspection is required every 3 years or for the transfer of title prior to sale.
