The purpose of this meeting is to discuss amending the Revised General; Ordinances of the city of Syracuse, Chapter 17 entitled “Parks , Playgrounds and Public Grounds,” to create a new article 5 entitled “Naming Park facilities” to provide a more uniform policy regarding the renaming of Parks and facilities within a park, as detailed in legislation.
