PUBLIC NOTICE

CITY OF SYRACUSE

CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held MONDAY, May 16, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Syracuse, New York to consider in full, or in part, the following applications.  Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.

 

  1. Application SR-22-02, continuation of a Public Hearing for a Site Plan Review for façade and site alterations on property situated at 3020 James Street, owned by American Legion Post 1276, zoned Residential, Class A-1 and Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 1, Part B, Section III, Article 3, and Part C, Section X, Article 1 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

     

  2. Application R-22-11, continuation of a Public Hearing for a Resubdivision to combine three properties situated at 302-314, 318, and 320 Euclid Avenue, owned by William Osuchowski, zoned Residential, Class B, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations.

     

  3. Application PR-22-02, continuation of a Public Hearing for a Project Site Review for Demolition, New Construction, and Site Alterations on properties situated at 302-314, 318, and 320 Euclid Avenue, owned by William Osuchowski, zoned Residential, Class B, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 7 and Part C, Section I, Article 10 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

     

  4. Application SP-22-05, for a Special Permit for Indoor Amusement and Recreation on property situated at 451 South Warren Street, owned by 451 Warren Street, LLC, zoned Central Business District-Office and Service District, pursuant to Part B, Section IV, Article 3 and Part C, Section IV, Articles 1 and 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

     

  5. Application SP-22-06, for a Special Permit for a Restaurant on property situated at 136 Beattie Street, owned by Cleghorn Properties, LLC, zoned Commercial, Class B, pursuant to Part B, Section V, Article 2 and Part C, Section IV, Articles 1 and 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

     

  6. Application R-22-15, for a Resubdivision to combine four properties situated at 512-514, 516-518, and 522 Oneida Street and 219 King Street, owned by Timon and Emily Wood and the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Industrial, Class A, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations.

     

  7. Application R-22-17, for a Resubdivision to combine two properties situated at 217 and 221 McKinley Avenue, owned by Samuel and Suehay Acevedo and the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class AA, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations.

     

  8. Application R-22-19, for a Resubdivision to combine two properties situated at 708 Onondaga Avenue and 103 Parkview Avenue, owned by Alitizann Jones and the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class B, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations.

     

  9. Application R-22-22, for a Resubdivision to combine three properties situated at 547 and 551 Spencer Street and 313 Sand Street, owned by MC4P Management, LLC, zoned Lakefront, T-4, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations.

     

  10. Application R-22-23, for a Resubdivision to combine two properties situated at 381 and 391-393 Cortland Avenue, owned by Ronald and Erin Job and the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class B, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations.

     

  11. Application R-22-25, for a Resubdivision to combine three properties situated at 214, 216, and 218 Davis Street, owned by Sarafina Nyirabwiza and the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class AA, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Subdivision Regulations.

 

 

The above proposals are open for inspection at the Office of Zoning Administration, or on line at 2022-05-16 CPC Meeting. A more complete description of the above proposals will be found therein.  Persons wishing to appear may do so in person or by attorney.  Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the City Planning Commission, Room 500, City Hall Commons, 201 East Washington Street, Syracuse, New York, 13202-1426, or at such hearing.
