PUBLIC NOTICE

CITY OF SYRACUSE

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 233 E. Washington St., to consider in full or in part, the following applications. Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.

  1. V-22-07 (continuation)-A Use Variance request to establish a personal service use by waiving the uses permitted on property situated at 2118 East Genesee Street, owned by Casala LLC, zoned Residential, Class B-1 Transitional, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 6 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
  2. V-22-06-An Area Variance request to establish a two-family dwelling by waiving yards and density on property situated at 4520 South Salina Street, owned by Patrona Jones, zoned Residential, Class B, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 7 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
  3. V-22-09-A Use Variance request to establish a manufacturing use by waiving the uses permitted on property situated at 1035-1037 Montgomery Street, owned by Charles DeWolf, TriKolor Printing, zoned Residential, Class B, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 7 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
  4. V-21-12M1-A Use Variance modification request to establish a retail space where retail and restaurant were approved on property situated at 120-122 Dell Street, owned by Sewer Alligator, LLC, zoned Residential, Class AA pursuant to Part B, Section 1, Article 4 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
  5. I-22-02- An Interpretation request of the specific industries also permitted within a Local  Business District, Class A zoning district for a proposed non-enumerated use (coffee roastery) pursuant to Part B, Section 3, Article 2(2.i) of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
