The City of Syracuse Department of Neighborhood and Business Development in conjunction with the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) will hold an information meeting on New York State’s adult-use cannabis program on Thursday, April 13 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Tech Garden Theatre, 235 Harrison St. OCM will provide an overview of the New York State Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA) as it relates to the licensure of cannabis businesses and the related proposed regulations for the adult-use cannabis industry.
