City of Syracuse Cityline call center is temporarily experiencing delays in its call transfer system due to a technical error. The City’s IT department is working to resolve the issue. Callers may experience difficulty reaching an operator and are encouraged to submit service requests via email to cityline@syrgov.net, through the SYRCityline app or go online to syr.gov/cityline. The call center encourages residents to be patient if they need to speak to an operator.
