The City of Syracuse is soliciting proposals for Contracting Services necessary to remedy predetermined residential exterior code violations of blighted properties. The Request for Qualification (RFQ) re-opened September 11, 2023 and will close on October 17, 2023 at 2:30 p.m.
The City is seeking cost estimates from contractors to provide home improvement services that will result in the completion of work to remediate cited code violations on blighted structures as a part of NBD's Blight Busting Program, which is intended to bring vacant properties facing code violations into compliance.
