BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 233 E. Washington St., to consider in full or in part, the following applications. Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.
- V-22-08-An Area Variance request to construct a single-family dwelling by waiving lot width and required side yard on property situated at 622 Otisco Street, owned by Home Headquarters, Inc, zoned Residential, Class AA, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 4 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
- V-22-10-A Use Variance request to establish a two-family dwelling by waiving uses permitted on property situated at 135 Annetta Street, owned by Brandon Johnson, zoned Residential, Class A-1, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 1 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.
