City of Syracuse Cityline call center is temporarily experiencing delays in its call transfer system due to a technical error. Callers may experience difficulty reaching an operator and are encouraged to submit service requests via email to cityline@syrgov.net, through the SYRCityline app or below.

 

Submit a Service Request with SYRCityline

If you live, work, or commute in Syracuse, we need your eyes and phones to make it better. Thanks to a new partnership with, SeeClickFix, you can now report non-emergency problems to the City of Syracuse from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. You can still continue to call-in your service requests by calling 315-448-CITY(2489) but thanks to our new SYRCityline app, you have more options that serve you as a resident.

Using the mobile app or the new web portal, all city residents can now have the opportunity to submit service requests, check progress on requests, offer direct feedback, and have access to requests submitted by your neighbors. A citywide discovery map allows each requestor to easily pinpoint locations and see at a glance the location and nature of issues being reported to the City. Residents can take pictures of issues while on the go and enter the information at a more convenient time.

Please note: SYRCityline is not for emergencies. If you have a police issue that you even think could be an emergency, call 911 immediately to report it.

 
  

 


Support

Once you have sent a report, you will receive email letting you know your service request has been received. You can continue to check on the status of the issue online. Once the work is complete or the issue has been resolved, you will be notified by email as well.
