I thank President Biden and Majority Leader Schumer for their leadership and Senator Gillibrand and Congressman Katko for helping prepare our nation to compete and lead globally in semiconductor manufacturing, research, and development. I’m also grateful to Governor Hochul, County Executive McMahon, CenterState CEO and our other local partners for ensuring Syracuse is positioned as one of the top locations in the United States for investment. With the progress we have made on the Syracuse Surge, our strategy for inclusive growth in the New Economy, the City is ready to be the epicenter of new development and opportunity for all.”
