On Tuesday, September 12th, 2023, at around 12:40 A.M., Officers responded to St. Joseph's Hospital for a stabbing investigation. Upon arrival, Officers located a 38-year-old male victim with a stab wound to the midsection and hand. The victim is expected to survive.
The investigation revealed that the victim was stabbed by 34-year-old Cedric Singleton during a fight in the 900 block of Pond Street.
Singleton was located and arrested for Assault in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.
