On Sunday, July 16th, 2023, at around 9:30 A.M., Officers responded to Richmond Avenue and S. Geddes Street for a stabbing call. Upon arrival, Officers located a 33-year-old male victim who was stabbed in the shoulder.
The victim was transported to Upstate Hospital and is expected to survive.
The investigation revealed that the victim was stabbed during a fight with another male, Timothy Cross, 36. As a result, Cross was arrested and booked for Assault in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.
