On Wednesday, October 18th, 2023, at around 7:36 P.M., Officers responded to the 400 block of James Street for a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian. Upon arrival, Officers located a 56-year-old female who had injuries to her head and legs.
The female was transported to Upstate Hospital in critical condition. The investigation revealed that the victim was walking across the street in the area when she was struck by a motor vehicle. After the crash, the vehicle fled the scene.
