On Thursday, October 19th, 2023, at around 5:06P.M., Officers responded to the 300 block of Gifford Street for a stabbing call. Upon arrival, Officers located a 29-year-old female with a stab wound to the neck.
The victim was transported to Upstate Hospital and is expected to survive.
