On Tuesday, November 21st, 2023, at around 6:10 P.M., Officers responded to the 200 block of E. Glen Avenue for a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian.
Upon arrival, Officers located a middle-aged male pedestrian who had critical injuries after being involved in multiple collisions. The male was transported to Upstate Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The initial investigation revealed that the victim was walking in the 200 block of E. Glen Avenue when a sedan struck him. This sedan fled the scene after the crash as the victim lay in the street. A short time later, the victim was struck by a second vehicle while on the ground. The driver of this vehicle stayed on the scene.
