On Sunday, October 22nd, 2023, at around 2:24 a.m. officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to University Hospital for a report of a walk-in stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located a 31-year-old male who presented with a stab wound to his bicep area. The victim stated that he was stabbed while trying to break up a fight.
The victim’s injuries are not considered to be life-threatening per medical staff at University Hospital. The incident location is unknown at this time.
