On Friday, April 28th, 2023, at around 5:03 A.M., Officers responded to Upstate Hospital for a shooting with injuries investigation. Upon arrival, Officers located a 33-year-old female who was shot in the shoulder. The victim is expected to survive.
The incident location was determined to be inside a residence in the 500 block of Richmond Avenue.
