Language Translation Services for City Residents

The City of Syracuse partners with LanguageLine, a sophisticated language-access provider of real time language translations for City services. LanguageLine was founded by a police officer in 1982. As the need for language access has developed, so have we.

We provide language translations for city services through our SYRCityline call centers, police officers, firefighters, emergency medical professionals,and across departments in city government. We are able to connect residents to LanguageLine's team of 16,000 professional, on-demand interpreters via audio. Ask a City employee about language translations services.
