The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Appropriation of funds from ARPA to be used to implement Digital Empowerment Pilot Program at four Syracuse Community Centers. Funds will be used to hire Digital Empowerment Program Manager and “Digital Navigators” to work directly with Syracuse residents, Total amount not to exceed $430,835.
