Syracuse Landmark Preservation Board

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Article 6, Section 6.3.B.(4) of the City of Syracuse Zoning Ordinance, the Syracuse Landmark Preservation Board will hold public hearings on Thursday, December 11, 2025, starting at 8:30 AM in Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 233 East Washington St., Syracuse, NY 13202, to consider in full or in part the following applications:
Application CA-25-42: A Certificate of Appropriateness application for replacement garage and house doors, and new exterior paint colors at 202 Berkeley Drive, located in the Berkeley Park Preservation District. The property is owned by William Collins.
Application CA-25-43: A Certificate of Appropriateness application for selective exterior demolitions and repairs at 1010 E. Washington Street, an individual Protected Site. The property is owned by 700 Out Parcel, LLC.
Application CA-25-44: Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior repairs at 501 E. Washington Street, an individual Protected Site. The property is owned by Hynes LLC.
The applications will be open for inspection seven days prior to the public hearing at the Preservation Office or online at https://www.syr.gov/Boards-and-Commissions/SLPB/SLPB-Meetings. Persons wishing to comment on an application may do so in person or by attorney at the public hearing. Written comments may be filed at the public hearings, mailed to the Syracuse Landmark Preservation Board at 300 South State St., Suite 700, Syracuse, NY 13202, or emailed to SLPB@syr.gov.
