NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

The City of Syracuse Department of Neighborhood & Business Development has released its Draft 2025 – 2026 University Neighborhood Service Agreement Advisory Committee (UNSAAC) Grant Program Funding Allocation for public comment and review. The UNSAAC Grant is funded through the University Neighborhood Service Agreement between the City of Syracuse and Syracuse University. It provides funding to programs or projects that address the impact of Syracuse University on surrounding neighborhoods.

Public Comment Period
Public comment submissions regarding the draft will be accepted from Thursday, May 15 until Friday, May 30 at 11:59 p.m. All comments received by Friday, May 30 will be considered by the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD) for inclusion in the final 2025-2026 UNSAAC Grant Program Funding Allocation adopted by the Syracuse Common Council. Comments may be submitted electronically or in writing and directed to:

Public Meeting
NBD will hold a public meeting to allow interested stakeholders to submit comments in person on Wednesday, May 21 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers at City Hall, 233 E. Washington St., Syracuse, NY 13202.
