Board of Zoning Appeals meetings are held every three weeks on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, Third Floor, Syracuse City Hall, 233 East Washington St., Syracuse, NY, 13202, unless otherwise indicated.
Persons wishing to comment on an application may do so in person, or by attorney, at the public hearing. Written comments may be filed at the public hearing, and/or emailed or mailed to the Zoning Office.
Applications are open for inspection in the meeting listing below, or in person at the Zoning Office. Please contact the Zoning Office prior to your visit so that arrangements can be made.
Please note that final meeting minutes and the decisions (resolutions) are not released until they are adopted at a following meeting.
