NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Article 6, Section 6.3.B (4) of the City of Syracuse Zoning Ordinance, the Syracuse Landmark Preservation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2026, starting at 8:30 AM in Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 233 East Washington St., Syracuse, NY 13202, to consider in full or in part the following application:
Application CA-26-11: A Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior alterations at 310 Highland Avenue, which is located in the Sedgwick-Highland-James Preservation District. The property is owned by Osman Abtiow and Adey Ahmed.
The application will be open for inspection seven days prior to the public hearing at the Preservation Office or online at https://www.syr.gov/Boards-and-Commissions/SLPB/SLPB-Meetings. Persons wishing to comment on an application may do so in person or by attorney at the public hearing. Written comments may be filed at the public hearing, mailed to the Syracuse Landmark Preservation Board at 300 South State St., Suite 700, Syracuse, NY 13202, or emailed to SLPB@syr.gov.
