NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Article 6, Section 6.3.B (4) of the City of Syracuse Zoning Ordinance, the Syracuse Landmark Preservation Board will hold public hearings on Thursday, September 17, 2026, starting at 8:30 AM in Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 233 East Washington St., Syracuse, NY 13202, to consider in full or in part the following applications:
Application CA-26-19: A Certificate of Appropriateness for garage reconstruction and drainage installation at 120 Dorset Road, located in the Berkeley Park Preservation District. The property is owned by Jun Li and Bedrich Aquino.
Application CA-26-20: A Certificate of Appropriateness for garage alteration at 301 Highland Avenue, located in the Sedgwick-Highland-James Preservation District. The property is owned by Daniel Stevens and Nora Stevens-Odea.
The applications will be open for inspection seven days prior to the public hearings at the Preservation Office or online at https://www.syr.gov/Boards-and-Commissions/SLPB/SLPB-Meetings. Persons wishing to comment on an application may do so in person or by attorney at the public hearing. Written comments may be filed at the public hearing, mailed to the Syracuse Landmark Preservation Board at 300 South State St., Suite 700, Syracuse, NY 13202, or emailed to SLPB@syr.gov.
