The City of Syracuse will provide an overview and tutorial of the Online Application Portal, a service that provides residents and businesses with convenient 24-hour electronic access to forms and applications required for different types of projects in the city. The portal allows applicants to track their application status online, upload required documents, connect with City staff, and conveniently pay fees with a credit or debit card.
Applications for permits, business licenses, zoning and more are now online as part of the City’s ongoing efforts to modernize and streamline application intake, review and approvals for doing work in the city of Syracuse. Staff members from the Central Permit Office will show attendees how to access and use the online application portal. There will also be opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback.
