Build Together: The MWBE Collaboration Lab

This interactive networking session will bring together MWBE vendors for engaging team‑building activities designed to foster strong partnerships. Participants will work through collaborative exercises to learn how to build effective teams for future City contracting opportunities. Through capability mapping, small‑group discussions, and resource sharing, attendees will explore ways to expand capacity, fill service gaps, and create strategic collaborations. Light refreshments provided.
