To dispute a health & sanitation ticket online:

Click the link and follow the instructions below. 

Step 1.Click the "Health and Sanitation Violation Ticket Lookup" button

Step 2.Input your ticket number

Step 3.Click "Search"

Step 4.Click “view” for the ticket(s) you want to dispute

Step 5.Click “Dispute Ticket”

Step 6.Fill out the form with your information, choose hearing format, and click submit

Step 7.You will receive a confirmation email with details of your dispute

In Person

To dispute a health & sanitation ticket in person:

Step 1.Have your ticket/violation number

Step 2.Bring your health & sanitation ticket to City Hall

By Mail

To dispute a health & sanitation ticket by mail:

Step 1.Fill out the back side of your Health and Sanitation invoice (received in mail)

Form must be completed in full, including signed/dated.

Step 2.Include your defense and attach any supporting documentation or proof you believe will assist your case

For Example: photographs, witness statements, receipts, etc. 

Step 3.Mail to the City of Syracuse P.O. Box Location
