PUBLIC NOTICE: City of Syracuse Department of Neighborhood and Business Development
TYPE OF NOTICE: Request for Proposals
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
The Department of Neighborhood & Business Development (NBD) is accepting applications for Program Year 52 (May 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027) Entitlement Grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City allocates Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds annually to support services that address housing needs identified in the City of Syracuse.
Applications are available for download below. Applications will be accepted through December 5, 2025, at 2:00pm.

Additional information regarding requirements can be found in each application. Neighborhood & Business Development (NBD) staff will hold a technical assistance webinar on Friday, November 21st at 2pm. Call details can be found at the link below. A recording of the webinar (and copy of the slides) will be made available afterwards on the NBD website for those unable to attend.
