Volunteers needed! Join us, along with Onondaga Earth Corps (OEC), to plant trees, shrubs and other forest plants in Schiller Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024. We will be meeting in the Schiller Park pool parking lot before heading over to the plant site. No experience necessary, tools and training are provided. Volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome! Please wear closed-toe shoes such as sneakers or boots. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Prepare to get dirty. Proper tree planting will be demonstrated.
