The City of Syracuse (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from development firms pertaining to the acquisition and redevelopment of the Syracuse City School District Maintenance Facility building located 200-232 Park Avenue & Plum Street, Syracuse, NY 13204. The property is approximately 47,382 square feet (approximately 1.05 acres), and it is improved by a 28,464 square foot one- and two -story brick building and an adjoining 5,410 square foot wood-frame garage.
This building, constructed in 1936, formerly housed the Smith Vocational Technical High School and has been used by the Syracuse City School District as workshop and office space for several decades.
