What's so important about being in the Bidder's Directory?

This is a great opportunity to establish your company with the City of Syracuse. It will help the many departments of the city in being informed of the different companies and the services they offer. After you have submitted a form, it will be entered into our Bidder's List directory. Your information will be used in determining what advertisements your company will receive and any qualifications needed for these projects

Step 1.Prepare the Information Needed 

The City of Syracuse will need the following information to create an account on our Bidder's List: 

  • Company name
  • Company owner contact information (address, phone, email)
  • Names of service for which you want to receive notifications
  • Brief summary about services offered

Step 2.Complete the Online Forms 

  • Make sure you have given yourself enough time to complete the vendor registration. The online form should take you approximately 10 minutes.

Step 3.Confirming Your Request

You should receive an email from the Purchase Division, via OpenForms, acknowledging receipt of your registration.
