The City of Syracuse Department of Parks, Recreation & Youth Programs will host a public meeting to gather community feedback on potential playground designs at Barry Park. The meeting takes place on Thursday, June 11 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Barry Park. At the public meeting, the Parks Division of Planning and Development staff and their design consultant host community engagement activities, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the project design. Residents who are unable to attend can also submit their feedback online at syr.gov/Barry-Park-Playground. The feedback period for this project has been extended. Public input will be accepted until September 4, 2026.
