Overview

The project includes the construction of a 5-story building to create approximately 286 apartment units consisting of 97 studio apartments, 50 one-bedroom units, and 139 two-bedroom units. Twelve percent (12%) of total units will be reserved for tenants meeting the 80% area medium income. The project will also contain 1,000 square feet of retail space, amenity spaces, and approximately 143 parking spaces.
