At Verizon, his exceptional customer service skills and ability to mediate conflicts have been pivotal. Donald's leadership style is characterized by his ability to forge strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth. His dedication to continuous learning, evidenced by his advanced certifications in computer security and ongoing studies in generative AI, ensures he remains at the forefront of industry trends. Known for his integrity, innovative thinking, and commitment to excellence, Donald is a valuable asset to our board.

Elise Baker

Elise Baker joins the Syracuse Citizen Review Board with a strong dedication to community service and youth advocacy. She owned a floral shop in Syracuse for 13 years and holds a degree in Criminal Justice. Elise has fostered over 33 children and has been actively involved in community initiatives like hosting "Prayer in the Park" at Kirk Park and baptizing local residents. With 18 years of experience working with at-risk youth in the Syracuse City School District, Elise brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to enhancing the board's outreach and advocacy efforts.

Samia Al-Fareh

Samia Al-Fareh joins the Syracuse Citizen Review Board as the ARPA Coordinator for the City of Syracuse Mayor's Office. Originally from Yemen, Samia is passionate about both humanitarian work and public service. She has extensive experience with the United Nations and various non-profit organizations in Yemen and the USA. Samia values forming strong community bonds and has worked in challenging environments. She is excited to bring her global perspective and dedication to public service to the board, contributing to its mission and driving meaningful change within the community.

Desire K. Ndagijimana

Desire K. Ndagijimana joins the Syracuse Citizen Review Board with a strong dedication to community service and youth advocacy. Human Services professional with expertise in mental health support, disability services, and grassroots community outreach. Skilled community organizer and activist with a proven ability to engage diverse populations, build partnerships, and deliver programs that promote equity and inclusion. Multilingual communicator and recognized leader serving on boards, committees, and nonprofit initiatives to advance opportunities for refugees, immigrants, and underserved communities.
