Mayor Walsh Wins Order for Cleanup of Northside Appliance Graveyard

Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced a State Supreme Court judge upheld the City’s request to require the cleanup of an unpermitted appliance graveyard on the Northside. Supreme Court Judge Gerard J. Neri ordered the owner of Kammar’s Restaurant Equipment to remove all debris, materials, equipment and other junk from City right of way around the properties at 926 and 1000 Wolf Street.
