The City of Syracuse Department of Neighborhood & Business Development has released its Action Plan for Program Year 52 (2026-27) Federal Block Grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The draft plan is pending final approval by the Syracuse Common Council.
The City of Syracuse Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD) is seeking public comment on an amendment to its HUD 2025 Annual Action Plan. The budget amendment was approved by HUD in summer 2025 and is pending final approval by the Syracuse Common Council.
