Open Container Waiver Request Form

At least five business days prior to the proposed date of any special event, any person eighteen years of age or older may apply on his/her own behalf or on behalf of an organization for a permit to carry open container or containers of alcoholic beverages at a special event.

Parade/Public Assembly Request Form

Written application for a permit upon forms available for such purposes shall be made not less than 48 hours preceding the event.
