The City of Syracuse, New York is soliciting proposals for the operation and maintenance of the City owned public parking structures. The Manager will assume primary and complete responsibility for all aspects of the daily operation, maintenance and repair of the Parking Facility.

  3. Madison-Irving Parking Garage
