NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS FOR BID #25-254
FIREFIGHTERS PARK MEMORIAL DISPLAYS PROJECT
Sealed proposals will be received at Division of Purchase of the City of Syracuse, New York, 213 City Hall, Syracuse, New York, on TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 2025 for the BID #25-254 FIREFIGHTERS PARK MEMORIAL DISPLAYS PROJECT until 2:30 p.m. On the same day and immediately thereafter, the sealed proposals will be opened and publicly read by the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Division of Purchase of the City of Syracuse, New York.
Sets of plans and specifications for the work under this contract shall only be obtained from the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Division of Purchase upon deposit of a new check or money order in the amount of $75.00, payable to the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Syracuse. Checks transferred from other jobs will not be accepted.
To have bid documents mailed, you must provide your Fed Ex account number. Your account will be billed directly for the mailing.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
