Fire Department - Vehicle Maintenance Facility

The City of Syracuse (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from property owners and/or authorized representatives of industrial or flex space located within the municipal boundary of Syracuse, NY or the surrounding area for the purpose of Fire Department vehicles maintenance. The City of Syracuse is open to leasing and buying.

The City will consider space that meets or can meet the following criteria:

• 8-12” floor depth, able to bear loads up to 80,000 lbs.

• Floor drains and/or the ability to handle washing vehicles for service

• 20,000 - 30,000 SF
  • 15,000 - 25,000 Garage/Warehouse (Heated)
  • 2,000 - 5,000 Office/Storage
• 14’ high and wide overhead doors
• 20’+ ceiling
• x6 80’ bays

• Floor area able to handle two 16k two post lifts for the light fleet.

• Accommodation for 10k gantry crane
• Oil/water separator
• 1 acre yard

• Three-phase power

• Preferably in the City
