As part of the Lead and Copper Rule Improvement (LCRI) compliance, the City of Syracuse is seeking professional services related to maintaining compliance with the new tap sampling requirements.
The regulatory revisions to the Lead and Copper Rule, finalized in 2021, have more than doubled the effort required for systems, such as the City of Syracuse Department of Water, to comply including: increasing sampling requirements, requiring a digitized inventory, and automated public reporting. The City of Syracuse is seeking a firm with a cloud-based technology platform and complementary services to manage the full life cycle of water testing programs including planning, management, and communication.
