The City of Syracuse is soliciting qualifications and proposals from Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment Firms- Phase 2 for the purchase, delivery and installation of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (collectively “FF&E”) for the NYSTA 1153 West Fayette Street New Police & Fire Headquarters (“Project”). The estimated timing of the installation of furnishings per the attached building completion date schedule. The Project is 1153 West Fayette Street, Syracuse, NY. The City of Syracuse is interested in purchasing durable, easily maintained and highly functional furnishings that will look good and be serviceable for a minimum of 10 years or longer. The City of Syracuse is also interested in learning about the Firm’s qualifications to serve ongoing needs for FF&E at its other locations. The ongoing and as needed FF&E services would be provided until the project ends approx. January of 2026 and may include (1) year contractual options to continue these services. Pricing must be per NYS State Contract Procurement.
The Package of proposals from qualified vendors for the supply, delivery, and installation of Packages are as follows: Package 1-Lockers, Package-2 Audio Visual, Package-3 Storage Equipment, Package-4 Appliances, Package-5 Window Treatments, Package for the New Police & Fire Headquarters located at 1153 West Fayette Street, Syracuse, NY 13202.
The selected vendor(s) will provide all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and services as outlined in this RFP per the individual bidding packages noted above.
Bidders are not required to bid all packages as each package will be awarded separately to the successful vendor(s).
