The City of Syracuse Department of Water will close the intersection of East Colvin and South State Streets on Tuesday, Nov. 15 for a valve replacement project. A detour will be in place to redirect traffic while work is being done.
Work is expected to take place from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The project is expected to last one day. Actual project start dates and timeframes are contingent on favorable weather.
