Traffic Advisory and Street Closures Juneteenth Festival and Parade

The Syracuse Juneteenth Festival returns to Downtown Syracuse, centered around Clinton Square on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14.
To facilitate the setup, presentation, and breakdown of these events, the following street closure will take place according to the schedule outlined below, with NO PARKING permitted.
Erie Boulevard West, between S. Clinton and S. Franklin Streets:
From 3:00 pm on Thursday, June 12, through early afternoon on Sunday, June 15.
S. Clinton Street, from W. Genesee to W. Washington Streets:
From 3:00 pm on Thursday, June 12, through early afternoon on Sunday, June 15.
The following streets will be converted to a temporary two-way street for the duration of the event.
200 Block of West Water Street, between S. Clinton and S. Franklin Streets:
From 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 12, through early afternoon on Sunday, June 15. No parking will be permitted on the north curb line, along the Amos Building.
The Syracuse Juneteenth Festival will host its annual parade from the Syracuse Dunbar Center to Clinton Square on Saturday, June 15, from approximately 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The victory parade begins at the Syracuse Dunbar Center. The parade formation heads north on South State Street, turns left on Burt Street, and turns right on South Salina Street. The parade continues north on South Salina Street until it reaches Clinton Square (approximately noon).
Please expect intermittent delays on:
- South State Street, between East Kennedy and Burt Streets
- South Salina Street, between Burt and West Genesee Streets

WASHINGTON STREET GARAGE PARKING
Easy and convenient parking is available for those attending the Syracuse Juneteenth Festival at the Washington Street Garage, located at 340 W. Washington Street. The garage is available for parking 24 hours a day.
