The City of Syracuse Department of Public Works (DPW) informs residents that trash and recycling pickup will be delayed on Tuesday in some parts of the north and eastside due to the winter storm.
Residents scheduled for Tuesday pickups should place their trash and recycling carts out for pickup on Wednesday. Snow should be cleared around carts to allow crews to complete pickup. Sanitation service this week will resume the normal holiday schedule on Wednesday.
Residents are encouraged to monitor the social media channels @SYRCityline for further updates on rescheduled pickups.
