Project Location: Onondaga Park Greenhouse Improvement Project, 655 Onondaga Ave, 13207
Project scope: The project includes the replacement of the aging roof and truss system to improve structural integrity and energy efficiency by using recommended greenhouse materials that meet existing building code standards. Additionally, the front and rear entrances, along with the outside façade will be updated to match the original historical design. The interior work will include the updating of the heating/ventilating systems the replacement of the flood tables.
Funding Source: Parks Capital Improvement Funds
Project Timeline: The timeline is subject to change due to contractor schedules, material availability and weather.
