Mayor Walsh Wins Correction of Code Violations in Eastwood Published on April 28, 2025 Mayor Walsh’s crackdown on bad property owners scored another victory. New York State Supreme Court Judge James P. Murphy ordered James Street Plaza LLC on Friday to correct more than two dozen code violations at a mixed-use property at 3100-06 James Street in Eastwood.
