In celebration of the second anniversary of the Sister City relationship between Syracuse, New York, and Irpin, Ukraine, we are hosting an art exchange exhibition showcasing cultural pride among children ages 7 to 13. This photography exhibit will offer the Syracuse community an educational experience highlighting Irpin’s resilience in the face of Russian aggression and the shared humanity that connects Syracuse and Irpin.
